PressCeramic are lithium disilicate glass-ceramic ingots for the fabrication of highly esthetic all-ceramic restorations using the traditional press technique.
The high flexural strength (470 MPa, typical mean value) enables a wide range of indications and provides reliability for three-unit bridges up to the second premolar. Depending on the indication and processing technique, the press ingots are available in 4 different translucency levels (MO, LT, MT, HT) and 2 Opal levels. The excellent flow properties permit even high-strength thin veneers. The lifelike opalescence and translucency provide optimum integration into the adjacent tooth structure and a “chameleon effect”.&nbsp;

NexxZr+ Multi 2.0 is the successor to the highly aesthetic NexxZr+ Multi with an improved formulation.
NexxZr+ Multi 2.0 is a dental multilayer zirconium oxide (4Y-TZP cervical, 5Y-TZP incisal) with natural color and translucency gradient and high flexural strength (850 MPa cervical, 650 MPa incisal). These properties enable the fabrication of highly esthetic, monolithic single-tooth and bridge restorations in the anterior and posterior region. The specially adjusted translucency gradient ensures good coverage in the cervical area and increased translucency in the incisal area. The integrated color gradient also ensures the efficient fabrication of natural-looking restorations.&nbsp;

Made from ZrO₂-reinforced lithium silicate ceramic (ZLS) with micro structure. To produce crowns in the anterior and posterior area, veneers, inlays and onlays. The already completely crystalized blocks are ground in the Sirona Cerec or inLab systems. The material can be further processed according to the clinical requirements, either without firing with almost double the stability of conventional glass ceramic or with glaze firing increasing the strength up to the level of lithium disilicate. Can be individualized and characterized with the Celtra universal stains.

Thanks to a light uniformity algorithm, a light uniformity of ≥ 90%+ and a printing accuracy of ± 0.1-0.05 mm can be achieved. A special light-off algorithm can dynamically adjust the light-off time of the light source under the display according to the exposure area of ​​the printing model as well as the resin flow rate in order to fully expose each individual layer of the model.
Higher speeds to success
By integrating smart algorithms, 10-40% higher printing speeds are ensured. When using a standard resin, speeds of up to 130 mm/h can be achieved, while with high-speed resin the printer can even work at speeds of up to 170 mm/s.
Resin vat with dynamic temperature control
The resin tank with dynamic temperature control has a peristaltic pump and a heater. A special circulation channel ensures that the resin in the tank circulates continuously and is kept at the optimal temperature.
►Depending on requirements, the resin is either heated or cooled, with an optimal temperature of 25 °C being aimed for.
► In circulating motion, the resin needs about 20 minutes to warm up from 5 °C to 25 °C.
The practical thing about the dynamic temperature control: Before printing, the real-time temperature of the resin is measured by an automatic sensor so that it can be adjusted according to the printing requirements. The temperature of the circulating resin is also constantly monitored during the printing process. The adjustable temperature means that a variety of resins with different viscosity levels can be used.
Automatic Resin Management System
