PULPODENT DENTAL ANTISEPTIC MATERIAL FOR FILLING&nbsp; ROOT CANAL MOUTH OF VITAL TEETH
Description
PURPOSE «Pulpodent» dental material is used for:
<ul><li>treating pulpitis of vital provisional and permanent teeth with non-formed roots;</li><li>treating sharp local and chronic fibrous pulpitis with preservation of a viable root pulp; &nbsp;</li><li>treating infected provisional molars using pulpotomy method;</li><li>treating pulpitis of permanent teeth before making prostheses;</li><li>treating pulpitis after pulp vital amputation of displaced teeth and teeth with difficult root canals (purposely of endodontic treating).</li></ul>
FEATURES &nbsp; Dental material «Pulpodent» set comprises powder and liquid. The powder contains:
<ul><li>polyoxymethylene &mdash; i.e. antiseptic providing partial devitalization of pulp;</li><li>iodoform providing long bactericidal effect;</li><li>zinc oxide and radiopaque filler.</li></ul>
The liquid contains:
<ul><li>eugenol;</li><li>formaldehyde &mdash; i.e. antiseptic featuring microbocidal activity;</li><li>phenolantiseptic featuring bactericidal and mummifying effect and providing pulp sterilization;</li><li>dexamethasone (0.13%) featuring anti-inflammatory effect .</li></ul>
The content of mummifying and antiseptic agents provides quick and painless treatment. The dough mummifies the mouth part of pulp only. The apical part of pulp is not mummified, providing formation of root apical part in permanent teeth with non-formed roots. Dental antiseptic material for filling root canal orifice of vital teeth Pulpodent
The material is used for treating:
pulpitis of vital temporary and permanent teeth with unformed roots; acute local and chronic fibrous pulpitis with preservation of viable root pulp; of infected temporary molars by pulpotomy method; pulpitis of permanent teeth before making prosthesis; pulpitis after pulp vital amputation of displaced teeth (vestibular inclination of the crown) and teeth with difficult root canals (purposely of endodontic treating).
Pulpodent long-hardening is intended for the permanent filling of infected root canals. It is used in apical periodontitis treatment (in particular, in the presence of granulomas) after pulp extirpation.
Dental materials Pulpodent, Pulpodent long-hardening are produced as powder/liquid set.
The powder contains zinc oxide, iodoform, polyoxymethylene.
The liquid contains dexamethasone, formaldehyde, phenol, eugenol.
When mixing powder and liquid of the Pulpodent material in a 2:1 ratio, a uniform plastic paste is formed, which can be easily applied into the pulp chamber and the access cavity of the tooth canal within 5-7 minutes. The paste adapts well to the walls of the tooth cavity and cures within 20-25 minutes, gradually losing plasticity.
The presence of mummifying and antiseptic components in the material Pulpodent allows you to give a quick and painless treatment for the patient.
